Welcome to “Charlotteontheroad.com”. My name is Charlotte Lockert Jakobsen – a norwegian girl living and working in Germany. I was born a vagabond and started traveling very early. Unlike most bloggers I do not know the number of countries I have visited (I never counted) – but it has been a lot and they all gave me great memories.
My blog, Charlotteontheroad, is created to share my favorite places around the world with you and hopefully inspire you in some way or the other. The sections “Hotels” and “Food” are new 2017 to provide you with more detailed information on some of my favorites. After receiving many questions about this, I chose to add these sections to my blog in March 2017. They will be filled rapidly.
All my recommendations are things I really like. If I do not like something I don`t write about it (my simple motto). You are welcome to contact me if you have cooperation ideas – I am always open for new adventures.
